Overall Job Purpose:
Manage commercial projects from specification to hand-over and ensure their successful completion per our customer’s requirements
Description :
Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)
1. System design: gain a thorough understanding of the project’s requirements and design lighting control solutions which will comply with the specification (50%)
2. Project Management & Coordination: manage the different stages of the project (design, supply chain, commissioning, hand over) and liaise with all the internal and external actors (35%)
3.Prepare AutoCAD drawings (10%)
4.Prepare O&M manuals (5%)
5.Occasional site visits
Person Specification
1.Minimum 8 years experience working as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager for a Main or Electrical Contractor
2.Background in estimating (electrical) is a MUST
3.Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
4.Experience of Contracts (eg JCT) and Prince2 is a plus
5. Fluency in English plus French or Spanish
