undertaken so as to preserve the high quality of the service to individual clients.
Reports are prepared with very definite recommendations and on the basis of providing added value. This can take the
form of proving detailed historic analysis of the development of the property and or, an understanding of costed future
liabilities associated with repairs and maintenance. Some clients use the report for negotiation purposes.
