Location: Oundle, Peterborough
Oundle School is one of the country's leading co-educational boarding and day schools with over 860 boarding and 240 day pupils ranging in age from 11 18. The School is spread throughout the historic town of Oundle, which is situated approximately 12 miles from Peterborough. Laxton Junior School (4 11) is the day junior school.

(Full time salary; applications for part time work, with pro rata salary, will be considered for the first year.)
This is a new role to lead and develop the Schools communications strategy, ensuring the School presents itself in a manner that reflects the high quality of the School and its organisation. The Director of Marketing and External Relationswill achieve this through co-ordinating and developing the multi-faceted marketing operation. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling positive and effective working relationships with a wide range of staff, pupils, parents and suppliers. Previous experience in a similar role in marketing and brand management is expected.
