Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Workman, a static houseboat well converted to provide both spacious accommodation and ample storage.
Workman was finished in 2007, and can be changed around to suit your needs. The wheelhouse is currently a fully fitted kitchen/diner, offering plenty of light and panoramic views. There is plenty of storage and work surface, together with washing machine, fridge and top of the range cooker.
Stairs lead down to the living area, which currently has a double bedroom, family bathroom and massive open living area. There is plenty of space for one or even two further bedrooms, and there would still be a good sized living area.
Skylights provide plenty of natural light, whilst the multi fuel burning stove can provide heating when needed. The design of the interior follows the shape of the boat without loosing any space, externally the wooden decking provides plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the surroundings.
Currently moored at Barking, with excellent transport links to the city, the boat could also be found a mooring at Port Werburgh if required.
