Job Description:
Our classes are 100% conversational. We are not looking for traditional ESL teachers to teach grammar theory or vocabulary.
Instead, we allow English learners to have real life conversations with native speakers, the same they would if they lived in the US or UK. Conversations can be about anything – from sports to politics, from hobbies to culture. As a Conversation Partner your job is to lead the conversation in such a way that the student speaks most of the time. All sessions are held via Skype and are 1 on 1, private lessons.
Some qualities that make successful English Conversation Partners:
1.) Globally Savvy – You love traveling and trying out different types of cuisine etc.
2.) Curious – You ask good questions and you are eager to learn about foreign cultures.
3.) Great Listener – You know how to listen to someone.
4.) Super Reliable – You are punctual and organized.
You must have access to Internet and Skype. This is a part time job and offers great flexibility.
