Steinweg 200 Construction Lift (ex-hire fleet)
We (a property renovation company) bought this mechanical lift for a particular job that was on the sixth floor where access was limited, and it transpired cheaper to buy the equipment second hand, than hire for a 10 week period direct from a hire company. We bought it re-conditioned from an international trade supplier. We have only used this equipment for one job – and it is still in the same working order as when we received it.
We bought it for £6500, they are £12000+ new, and we may consider offers.
Price includes vat.
At the time of purchase a mechanics safety report was carried out, and certificate will be supplied with the kit, along with a copy of the original manual.
Installation is very simple and can be done by two guys in morning. If required we could assist with initial assembly and delivery.
Base working area (with enclosure) ~1.7x1.7m square.
Total mast height 15m, with landing height of 14m – more 2m masts can be purchased, to total maximum height of 50m.
Safe working load during operation; 200kg
Cage platform dimension; 1300mmx820mm – can easily fit wheelbarrows and 8ft/4ft sheet materials.
Top and bottom landing gates have safety shut off devices to meet HSE requirements.
Caged platform swivels 90 degrees.
Operation is controlled from the bottom enclosure.
Carriage has built in safety brakes and a ‘drop test’ was carried out at last installation.
Note; the bottom (ground) landing gate system is slightly different from the pictures; it comes with a better full sided lockable enclosure.
