Apprenticeship for Customer Service
Our Employer has a fantastic opportunity for 2 apprentices to gain a level 2 Customer Service qualification whilst at work, based in London.
The position for a customer service apprentice is to provide high levels of support to their clients/customers. Day to day duties will include:
Being the first point of contact when a new customer walks into the shop.
General hospitality, making customers feel welcome by tea/coffee etc
general housekeeping, ensuring that the shop is maintained
Obtaining research from previousl clients
The hours of work: Over a 5day period working 4 days in the week and a Saturday
Salary: £3.30 per hour (apprentice minimum)
Annual leave: 28 days (including statuary bank holidays)
Long term career/development You will have the opportunity to progress and further your skills to designing the kitchens and more business development. This is an immediate start with a 1 week work trial.
