We are offering business opportunities for people to work as accommodation agents from home or office.
The partner agent will be working through GooneyRooms system, which is set-up to provide constant work and support.
There will be training provided.
Your main duties will be: 1.Corresponding with landlords, viewing clients and our overseas clients 2. Advertising 3. Booking viewings 4. Requesting for Feedback's 5. Making reservations 6. Taking payments 7.Sending out receipts 8. Updating 9. Taking on new accommodations 10. Organizing your work station
Partnership fee & Requirements
To become a partner, the fee is £1500 plus an additional £100 to £300 per month running cost. You spoken and written English must be at a good standard. You must own a laptop or a computer. Your must have basic computer skills.
Earnings:
You can work 8 hours per day and that will generate you an income between £1, 500 - £2, 500. If you put more hours in to your service, you can earn more. This calculation is based on having around 40 properties, if your management skills are good and you can grow the property numbers, then you can earn more.
