General information about this building:
1. An air support structure is an inflatable structure, the supporting and stabilizing element of which is air, with a slight overpressure.
2. The air-supported structures are designed and calculated according to the recommendations of the "Instructions for the design, installation and operation of air-supported pneumatic structures."
3. VOS refers to a series of pre-fabricated structures made of reinforced elastomer (plastomer) and other strong and heavy-duty materials designed to organize temporary warehouses, shelters (parking lots, workshops, construction and installation works, etc.), workshops, sports facilities, points catering, trade and recreation, exhibition pavilions. In this particular case, the air support structure is designed to cover the mini-football field.
4. To ensure the emergency operation of the air-supported structure, it is recommended to install an emergency air supply from an autonomous power plant.
5. Filling and descent of the shell should be carried out in calm weather (wind up to 3 m/s).
The building consists of:
• a shell measuring 41.9 m in length and 24.2 m in width, made of two parts,
• corners for attaching shells,
• emergency exit doors, complete with supports,
• frames for mounting lamps,
• repair kit (cloth, glue, hardener, solvent),
• fans, complete with fan flanges
• fasteners (bolts, anchor bolts, nuts, grovers).
The 2.2 kW/1000 rpm fan is designed to create excess pressure inside the building.
The 0.55 kW/1500 rpm fan is designed to create excess pressure between the shells of the building.
Air is supplied inside the shell by fans, creating excess pressure and ensuring the stability of the VOS. Air temperature from -40°C to +40°C, free of dust and solid impurities in the amount of more than 100 mg/m3.
Fans are executed in external execution. The principle of operation of the fan is to move air by transferring energy from the rotation of the impeller. The impeller is turned around by an electric motor. When the impeller rotates, the air mixture enters the channels between the impeller blades and, under the action of centrifugal force, moves to its periphery and is ejected into the air duct.
Overall dimensions of the VOS cover:
- width - 24.2 m;
- length - 41.9 m;
- height - 8-9 m;
Overall dimensions of emergency doors:
- width - 95 cm;
- height - 200 cm.
VOS withstands weather loads in accordance with the climatic conditions for your region.
The warranty period for the operation of an air support structure is at least 12 calendar months.
The design of the product is designed for year-round use (it is possible to install additional heating or cooling equipment).
