Our client is a leading private healthcare provider in the UK.
We are looking to recruit a highly experienced Deputy Theatre Manager in the South East of London.
You will be able to :
• Regularly coordinate and actively assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department while assisting the theatre manager in the management of the theatre team.
• Manage and coordinate quality planned care for patients during their preoperative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care by providing appropriate clinic and managerial leadership throughout the department.
• Deputise for the theatre manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the delivery of patient care.
• Contributing to quality improvement.
• Developing and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self.
• Promoting best evidence based practice within own scope of practice.
• Applying legislation, policies and procedures correctly.
• Respecting the patient’s dignity, privacy, wishes and beliefs.
• Participating in HR activities.
• Assisting in the enhancement, development, introduction of services and initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with the ability to co-ordinate a multi-disciplinary team. Our client is also able to assist with relocation.
