The Courteeners are an indie rock band formed in Middleton, Greater Manchester, England in 2006 by Liam Fray, Michael Campell, Daniel Conan Moores, Mark Cuppello. All four band members hail from the Middleton area of Greater Manchester. Debut album of The Courteeners, St. Jude, was released on 4th April 2008. The Courteeners received Guardian First British Album Award in 2008. The band's second album Falcon was confirmed for release on 22 February 2010 and was well received by the British music press with NME awarding the album 8/10 and both Mojo & Q Magazines giving the album 4-star reviews.
