Nursing Home Manager, RGN / RMN, Barnet, Greater London, up to £50k
In Touch Recruitment is searching for an experienced and committed Nursing Home Manager to take the lead and manage a large nursing home situated in Barnet, Greater London.
For this large service in Barnet, Greater London, we are searching for an individual who has a proven background in managing medium to large sized nursing homes that provide care and support to older people with general and mental health needs. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role along with a sound understanding of the Care Standards and Regulations. Candidates who apply to this role must be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) and ideally have completed the NVQ 4 in Management or equivalent.
An excellent salary of up to £50k (dependent on experience) will be offered to the successful candidate along with additional benefits.
