In Touch Recruitment has an excellent and challenging opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager to join a fantastic nursing team within a large purpose built nursing home in Haringey, North London.
My client is a small but progressive healthcare provider with homes in the south east and Yorkshire areas of the UK. An excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse manager has arisen within one of their newly built nursing homes in Haringey to join the management team and take on the challenge of merging two nursing units together and oversee the operational management of the new and bigger unit. The role will include, marketing, clinical audits and staff management and training.
For this position, we are searching for an experienced Nurse Manager (RGN or RMN or RNLD) who has a proven background in working within nursing services that provide nursing care to adults and the elderly with general and mental health needs. A sound working knowledge of CQC and the minimum care standards is essential along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Completion of the NVQ 4 in Care Management or equivalent will be highly advantageous.
An excellent salary will be offered to the successful candidate and will be negotiable upon experience.
