Experienced Unit Manager, (Must be NMC Registered), North London, up to £36k
In Touch Recruitment is searching for an experienced and clinically focused Unit Manager to join the management team within a large purpose built nursing home situated in a great location in North London, South East.
This large nursing home in North London, South East is highly recognised for its presentation and state-of-the-art facilities. Divided into 4 separate units, the home accommodates for individuals with various nursing needs and requirements including dementia, general nursing and ABI needs. There have been a lot of positive changes within the service recently and is now on course to become the home of choice within the area.
This role requires an individual who enjoys a challenge and has a sound working knowledge of working within a nursing home setting. The chosen candidate will be involved with the continuous development of the home and the merging of two units, therefore excellent communication skills and clinical awareness is essential. We are looking for someone who is driven and motivated to bring ideas to the team and help really push the home forward to be the very best.
This role will be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Unit Manager to showcase their skills and become a vital part in the development of the service. An excellent salary will be offered to the chosen candidate along with a fantastic support structure to ensure success within the role.
