In Touch Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager to take on a challenging but exciting role of a Deputy Manager within a medium sized nursing home situated in South Croydon, Greater London.
The nursing home in South Croydon, Greater London provides nursing and residential care to older people with general and EMI nursing needs. Currently undergoing a huge refurbishment this home has a lot of potential to become the ‘home of choice’ within the area.
We are searching for a motivated and forward thinking individual who has experience working at a supervisory level (Deputy / Unit Manager) and is registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). We are looking for someone who is clinically sound and has a strong clinical awareness to take the lead and manage the whole clinical process within the home. Excellent leadership and communication skills are vital for this role along with a good understanding of the Care Quality Commission and their minimum care standards.
An excellent hourly rate of £16ph will be offered to the successful candidate which will equate to a salary of around £32k. Additional benefits and a potential pay rise after the probationary period may also be offered.
