Contract: Approximately 6 days support initially across 1month, start date early September 2011. Applicants must be available throughout September 2011

Creative England is a new organisation which will be operational from October 2011, with the core purpose of supporting the sustainable growth of independent creative businesses, and the talent that feeds them, in every part of England outside London.
We are now looking for a HR specialist to assist this new organisation in its recruitment and selection for key national posts.
The ideal candidate must be a Chartered member of the CIPD and have a demonstrable record in best practice recruitment and selection. The main focus will be to participate in interview selection panels, providing professional HR advice in preparing interview questions and scoring / selection methods.
The consultant will be expected to retain flexibility in their service as the selection period for Creative England roles evolve.
The consultant must provide evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
